About: Pincushion Scabiosa, Blush are the color of white with a touch of pink and have basal leaf rosettes and leafy stems that can be hairy or smooth. The flower heads have many crowded, small, five-lobed, mostly bisexual blooms. There are larger female flowers in the outer ring, and a circle of leaflike bracts occurs below each flower head. This small but hardy flower packs a big punch, both in its looks and versatility. Its light, airy blossoms come in a variety of tones and add wonderful texture to fresh (or dried) floral arrangements.
