About: Cushion chrysanthemums are a type of garden mum, known botanically as Chrysanthemum x Morifolium. Cushion mum flowers are Queen of the Fall Flowers. Few plants can rival mums for beautiful fall color. They begin their show in early autumn and are handsome until a killing frost. Allow plenty of room, these plants will reach full size and flower prodigiously their first year. However all inside blossoms are propagated indoors by greenhouse. These mums are quite bushy and grow low to the ground. They produce wide masses of blooms that are medium in size.
